POLICY

Orders Place Monday-Friday before 4pm will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 4pm will be shipped out the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. 

Once your is processed you will get a tracking number sent to the email your provided so make sure your information is correct. Order are shipped VIA USPS. Please make sure to track your package once we ship them out we are not responsible if it gets lost or stolen while in transit!

All orders over $50.00 receive free shipping.

Refunds & Exchange
We DO NOT except returns or exchange due to (COVID) the only time we will issue out a refund or exchange is if you receive an incorrect or damage item(s), Please email us at Minksbychyna@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace it for you.
